En une s\u00e9ance, Ingrid a pu renouer avec un membre de sa famille et retrouver la confiance et la compr\u00e9hension depuis longtemps perdues, elle en \u00e9tait simplement ravie.<\/p>\n<p>Trois ans plus tard, en 2017, Ingrid a choisi un pack visant \u00e0 travailler sur elle, pour gagner en l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et libert\u00e9 int\u00e9rieures. Cela tombait \u00e9galement bien au vu du fait qu&rsquo;Ingrid \u00e9tait en train de r\u00e9orienter sa carri\u00e8re. Elle se sentait peu s\u00fbre en lien \u00e0 ses d\u00e9cisions et anxieuse quand \u00e0 ce qui viendrait apr\u00e8s. Apr\u00e8s les trois s\u00e9ances Ingrid nous dit qu&rsquo;elle se sent plus calme, davantage en confiance avec elle-m\u00eame et ses choix professionnels.
