Et pourtant, le burnout est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne complexe qui souvent se manifeste sans crier gare. Il est possible de le pr\u00e9venir (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), et \u00e9galement de s\u2019en d\u00e9faire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le burnout est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne passablement m\u00e9diatis\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour, \u00e0 tel point que le terme, voire le mal-\u00eatre auquel celui-ci se r\u00e9f\u00e8re, peut tendre \u00e0 devenir \u00ab\u00a0banalis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sachant qu\u2019en Suisse, une personne sur quatre se dirait \u00e9puis\u00e9e, on pourrait s\u2019arr\u00eater un instant pour se demander : que serait-ce que de pouvoir se sentir au travail comme \u00e0 la maison\u00a0? Et puis, lorsque l\u2019on a toujours l\u2019impression de courir apr\u00e8s le temps, ne court-on pas apr\u00e8s soi-m\u00eame\u00a0? Ce qui va sans dire que lorsqu\u2019on se soumet de mani\u00e8re fr\u00e9quente au stress et au surmenage, on affaiblit son m\u00e9tabolisme, ce qui peut porter pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et finalement \u00e0 la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Le burnout nous \u00e9loigne de nous-m\u00eames. En anglais, le terme \u00ab\u00a0burnout\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0br\u00fbler jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que toute substance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique disparaisse, se consumer enti\u00e8rement\u00a0\u00bb (C. Vasey, 2015). Le burnout, selon les d\u00e9finitions courantes, prendrait sa source dans le cadre professionnel, m\u00eame si, bien entendu, des facteurs d&rsquo;ordre priv\u00e9 peuvent aggraver l\u2019\u00e9puisement. Selon les sp\u00e9cialistes, ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne serait \u00e0 mettre en lien avec les conditions de travail et la relation \u00e9tablie entre la personne et son travail. Se trouvent tr\u00e8s souvent aussi, en amont, diff\u00e9rentes causes \u00e9motionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait ainsi d\u00e9finir un profil-type pour les personnes sujettes au burnout\u00a0: il s\u2019agit de personnes tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9es dans leur travail, faisant preuve de beaucoup de motivation et ne demandant que peu d\u2019aide, car s\u2019estimant en mesure de porter une lourde charge de travail. Ces personnes sont davantage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de leur sens du perfectionnisme et de leur souhait d\u2019aider l\u2019autre que de leurs propres besoins, souvent par peur du rejet, en raison de conflits pass\u00e9s non \u00ab\u00a0dig\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb. Je suis \u00e9galement pass\u00e9e par l\u00e0. Et je suis ravie d\u2019avoir trouv\u00e9 les ressources pour m\u2019en sortir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aux origines de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de mon propre cabinet, ainsi que dans mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle, j\u2019ai pu constater diff\u00e9rents ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes\u00a0: d\u2019une part, il y aurait un \u00ab\u00a0mal\u00a0\u00bb physiologique ind\u00e9niable. La personne souffrirait souvent d\u2019un trouble physique diagnostiqu\u00e9 par les m\u00e9decins, \u00e0 la t\u00eate, au c\u0153ur, etc.<br \/>\nEt puis, au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019 \u00ab\u00a0usure\u00a0\u00bb port\u00e9e au corps \u00e0 force de l\u2019\u00ab\u00a0employer\u00a0\u00bb souvent contre son gr\u00e9, se trouverait un grand mal de l\u2019\u00e2me, dans la mesure o\u00f9 la personne ne se sentirait que tr\u00e8s rarement satisfaite d\u2019elle-m\u00eame, de son travail et de son avancement. Ce qui a tr\u00e8s souvent r\u00e9sult\u00e9 d\u2019une ou plusieurs p\u00e9riode(s) douloureuse(s) dans la vie de la personne, de r\u00e9pression, mobbing et diverses violences verbales et\/ou physiques.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui me concerne, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert en moi un immense mal-\u00eatre (tristesse, col\u00e8res, sentiments de d\u00e9pression) \u00e0 force de reproches et moqueries, qui m\u2019avaient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque plomb\u00e9e et d\u00e9pourvue de mes capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 faire recours \u00e0 un soutien ad\u00e9quat, occasionnant ainsi en moi de profonds et constants manques de confiance. Et puis, une fois ins\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le monde du travail, j\u2019ai souvent eu l\u2019impression de courir apr\u00e8s le temps, avec le sentiment, d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, de ne jamais en avoir fait assez, et de l\u2019autre, dans l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de me reposer de fa\u00e7on convenable et prendre soin de moi.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est en ayant recours \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de lib\u00e9ration des m\u00e9moires cellulaires <em>The Journey<\/em> que j\u2019ai enfin pu commencer \u00e0 me d\u00e9faire des \u00ab\u00a0couches\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9motionnelles ou \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9moires cellulaires\u00a0\u00bb, des fardeaux de honte, d\u2019humiliation, de rage, de tristesse, de d\u00e9pression et d\u2019impuissance ainsi que des croyances et v\u0153ux n\u00e9gatifs qui m\u2019avaient plomb\u00e9 la vie et inhib\u00e9e pendant des d\u00e9cennies\u2026 pour commencer \u00e0 vivre de mani\u00e8re plus consciente, libre et sereine la vie \u00e0 laquelle j\u2019aspire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et comment parvenir \u00e0 s\u2019en lib\u00e9rer\u00a0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs pistes existent\u00a0pour s\u2019en sortir d\u2019un burnout et\/ou pour aider \u00e0 le pr\u00e9venir. Il est possible par exemple de se satisfaire d\u2019une excellence \u00e0 70%, ce qui permet par ailleurs d\u2019assurer un certain rendement dans son travail: en effet, on n\u2019a pas besoin de tout faire \u00e0 la perfection pour travailler de mani\u00e8re efficace et avec une attention au bien-\u00eatre. Pour cela, il est vital que de l\u00e2cher le perfectionnisme et renouer avec son enfant int\u00e9rieur &#8211; qui est fondamentalement parfait\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>On peut \u00e9galement porter son attention aux sympt\u00f4mes manifest\u00e9s moyennant leur observation et l&rsquo;application d&rsquo;un changement constant \u00e0 un des domaines s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 rendre la t\u00e2che l\u00e9g\u00e8re et viable sur le long-terme \u00e9galement, vu que le changement dans la dur\u00e9e constitue l&rsquo;un des facteurs primordiaux \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration d&rsquo;un burnout.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la pratique the Journey, les difficult\u00e9s de sommeil, relationnelles, les troubles alimentaires, etc. &#8211; en d&rsquo;autres termes tout ce qui touche \u00e0 notre \u00e9quilibre de vie -, peuvent en soi constituer un point de d\u00e9part \u00e0 un travail interne visant \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9finitive les m\u00e9moires cellulaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine du burnout.<\/p>\n<p>On peut \u00e9galement effectuer une introspection guid\u00e9e en lien au besoin de travailler \u00e0 la perfection, ainsi que sur les autres facettes et sch\u00e9mas de la personnalit\u00e9 (c.f. l\u2019 \u00ab\u00a0enneagramme\u00a0\u00bb) qui ont pour effet de se sentir amoindris, diminu\u00e9s ou emp\u00each\u00e9s dans nos besoins fondamentaux. Finalement, on peut \u00e9galement adresser les sympt\u00f4mes physiques assimil\u00e9s au burn-out sur la base d&rsquo;un travail sur les \u00e9motions.
