C'est une invitation aux gens du monde entier \u00e0 se joindre \u00e0 une danse pour la paix dans leurs propres communaut\u00e9s et pour la paix avec la terre. Il rassemble des personnes de tous \u00e2ges et chemins de vie pour \"danser pour une cause\", tout comme les peuples des cultures traditionnelles ont dans\u00e9 pour des r\u00e9coltes abondantes, une chasse r\u00e9ussie, un mariage heureux, l'initiation des jeunes et l'adieu aux morts.\n \nLe rituel est plus une danse participative qu'une repr\u00e9sentation th\u00e9\u00e2trale. Son c\u0153ur est une simple danse que tout le monde peut pratiquer. Les participants sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 courir, marcher ou simplement se tenir debout dans une s\u00e9rie de cercles concentriques, cr\u00e9ant un mandala en mouvement. Alors que nous nous d\u00e9pla\u00e7ons tous au rythme r\u00e9gulier des battements de c\u0153ur des tambours, nous devenons un seul corps collectif. Chaque pas sur terre devient une pri\u00e8re de gu\u00e9rison.\n\u200b\nIl y a deux cycles de danse. Tout le monde commence dans un immense cercle au rythme des tambours. Lors de la premi\u00e8re course, chaque personne se l\u00e8ve parce qu'elle est \u00e9mue de le faire et se consacre \u00e0 courir pour une personne dans sa vie qui a besoin de gu\u00e9rison. Ce d\u00e9vouement personnel peut \u00eatre une exp\u00e9rience puissante. (Exemple&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Je cours pour mon p\u00e8re, qui vit avec le cancer.&nbsp;\u00bb) Au cours de la deuxi\u00e8me course, chacun appelle une cause commune, comme l'inqui\u00e9tude concernant le r\u00e9chauffement climatique. (Exemple : \"Je marche pour l'eau potable sur tous les continents et pour tous les \u00eatres vivants.\") La Danse Plan\u00e9taire est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement pour tous les membres de la famille, petits et grands, petits et grands.\n\nLes participants individuels d\u00e9dient leur danse \u00e0 quelqu'un ou \u00e0 une intention qui les relie personnellement \u00e0 ce sujet. Le programme de base des \u00e9v\u00e9nements comprend une phase pr\u00e9paratoire, la \"Danse Plan\u00e9taire\", et une conclusion.\n \nBienvenue \u00e0 la Planetary Dance \u00e0 Berne!\n\u200b\n---\nMatin : 29 mai 2022\nHEURE : 15h00 - environ 20h00\nRENDEZ-VOUS : 15h00 - \u00e0 Berne, dans le Gurtenpark \u00e0 la campagne (grand pr\u00e9)\nQUI : ouvert \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges\n\nPROCESSUS (en gros):\n- Vous pouvez soit prendre le Gurtenbahn en haut de la montagne, soit marcher ou faire du v\u00e9lo sur l'un des sentiers de randonn\u00e9e jusqu'\u00e0 la montagne locale de Berne jusqu'au point de rendez-vous (veuillez pr\u00e9voir environ une heure de marche !). Sur le chemin, vous pouvez vous mettre dans l'ambiance du rituel. Peut-\u00eatre prenez-vous du papier et des stylos avec vous et \u00e9crivez quelque chose, des sentiments, des pens\u00e9es, un po\u00e8me, qui correspond \u00e0 votre intention (votre pri\u00e8re \u00e0 quelqu'un et \u00e0 la terre) et qui vous en rapproche. Peut-\u00eatre gravirez-vous la montagne en silence, sans un mot, en r\u00e9alisant pour qui et pour quoi vous voulez courir et danser ensuite...
